An evaluation does not guarantee an ADHD diagnosis or prescription. Diagnosis and treatment recommendations are based on the individual's clinical presentation and comprehensive assessment.

Not all patients need a primary care provider. However, patients with serious or potentially serious medical conditions must have an established primary care provider or appropriate specialist actively evaluating and managing those conditions.
